Our homework this year will consist of:
- Reading for 30 minutes and completing a reading log (Monday-Friday)
- A math review activity (Monday- Thursday)
- A reading review activity (Monday- Thursday)
- Weekly spelling lists and assignments (Monday- Thursday)
It is expected that homework will take your child about one hour to complete nightly.
Students will be allowed to select homework passes for prizes. These are good for one assignment but may not be used on big projects, book reports, or take home tests. If you would not like your child to have this option please let me know and I will not allow them to use passes.
If your child does not have their homework completed they will loose recess until the assignments are completed. Your child will also bring home a missing homework slip. They will be expected to return that the next day signed by a parent.
